IRONWOOD – A large police presence with multiple police agencies in Ironwood Township near Lake and Sunset Roads this morning.  MIX 106.9 and OLDIES 102.9 News talked to a member of the Gogebic County Victims Services Unit they are confirming an incident did occur but was not able to release any other information until family members involved are notified.  Right now, Lake Road is closed from Vanderhagen Road to Airport Road with a section of Sunset Road closed around what was referred to as a “crime scene”.
