N. WISCONSIN - Achieving the Dream (ATD), a nationwide organization dedicated to strengthening community colleges through accessible hubs of learning, credentialing, and economic mobility, has named Northwood Technical College a 2026 Leader College. The Leader College designation honors ATD Network institutions that make significant strides toward increasing access, enhancing early momentum metrics like retention, developing evidence-based student success strategies, and bolstering institutional capacity through deliberate culture-building initiatives. According to Dr. John Will, president of Northwood Technical College, "being recognized as a Leader College underscores Northwood Tech's unwavering dedication to student success and community impact." Every day, our instructors and staff strive to eliminate obstacles, bolster student support networks, and use data to inform decisions that lead to better results.
