ONEIDA COUNTY - The Oneida County planning and zoning department has received the Newbold town board's suggestion to amend the county zoning ordinance's residential parking rules. Dan Hess, the town chairman, stated that the county sought feedback during the town board meeting on March 12. He stated, "They issued a letter to all the town chairmen." "I submitted this to the (municipal) plan commission, and Oneida County zoning received the modification that the plan commission requested be granted. "As of right now, the ordinance permits one extra undesignated place "for common use per unit" in addition to two parking spaces for each "dwelling unit."
