IRONWOOD – A potent winter storm system has shifted more to the East missing most of our region today.  The Heavy mixed precipitation will impact the central and Eastern U.P. with Total snow accumulations between 5 and 11 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.  In our listening area Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories have been cancelled.  Winter Weather Advisories will go into effect for Vilas and Price Counties in Northern Wisconsin with Total snow accumulations between 1 and 4 Inches.
