HURLEY – Hurley police releasing information regarding an incident in Hurley Sunday March 15th.  According to the police report Hurley police responded to a report of a possible domestic disturbance at a residence on 9th Avenue South in Hurley.  During the investigation, officers learned that the offender, 27-year-old Alexandri Alguire Murray had fired multiple gun shots towards the victim who was not struck by the fired rounds.  Murray was taken into custody and lodged at the Iron County Jail in Hurley.  Yesterday Murray appeared in court and changed with Attempted 1st degree homicide, false imprisonment and intoxicated use of a firearm.  His bond was set at $200,000.  Murray remains lodged in jail.  The investigation is ongoing and police say additional charges could be filed.  The Iron County Sheriff's Office and Ironwood Public Safety assisted with the investigation.
