MERCER - The Turtle Flambeau Flowage Association Ice Fishing Jamboree is this Saturday from 7am to 4pm. The ice-fishing tournament, held in memory of Claus Kraetke, it is headquartered at Donner’s Bay Resort on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. Cash prizes will be given for the largest fish caught in several categories. There will be hot food, warm & cold beverages and tickets for many great raffle prizes, for $5 each or 5 for $20. Winners need not be present to win. Donner’s Bay Resort is just off Iron County Hwy FF between Mercer and Butternut on Hiawatha Road, off of snowmobile trail #9. The event is a fundraiser for the Turtle Flambeau Flowage Association.
