WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM CST/ THIS MORNING 6 AM CST/ THURSDAY...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.  Moderate to heavy lake effect snow will continue through Thursday. Blustery winds may lead to blowing snow, as well as wind chills in the single digits above and below zero.
