SUPERIOR - A Superior man is in custody after allegedly stabbing a woman during the early morning hours Wednesday according to the Superior Police Department.  When officers arrived on the scene, a 44-year-old Superior woman was found with significant lacerations.  She was brought to the hospital for treatment. Currently, her condition is unknown; however, authorities say she is expected to survive.  The alleged suspect, only being identified as a 41-year-old Superior man, was also found on the scene and taken into custody without incident and is being held in the Douglas County Jail facing attempted homicide and substantial battery charges.
