IRONWOOD – Gogebic Community College announced yesterday that the Lindquist Center basketball court will be dedicated in honor of longtime GCC coach and administrator Dennis Mackey.  Mackey has accumulated 242 wins with the Samsons men’s basketball program, and he totaled 256 wins in 19 seasons with the women’s program.  The dedication ceremony will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 26 in between the women’s and men’s basketball games against Bay College.  The women’s game begins at 5 p.m.
