MERRILL. - A Merrill woman is being charged with domestic battery after putting fireworks under a toilet seat.  The 27-year-old woman put an exploding firework under the toilet seat as a 45-year-old man was going to sit down.  The fireworks were designed so that it would explode when pressure was applied.  The man had minor injuries from the firework explosion.
