N. WISCONSIN / U.P. – Now that the record 41-day shutdown is over Government Services are slowly reopening and getting back to normal and SNAP benefits are being restored.  Locally the shutdown caused the closure of headstart programs in Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties.  Gogebic Ontonagon County Head Start says they will reopen for children to attend starting this Tuesday the 18th.
