PRENTICE - An arrest has been made in case of the dead body found alongside Highway 13 between Phillips and Prentice in Price County earlier this month. The body was identified as 28-year-old Blanca Jesenia Hernandez Portocarrero from Marshfield. The cause of her death is being investigated as a domestic violence incident. Investigations showed that she was killed in Marshfield and her body was brought to Price County and dumps alongside the road.  A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection to her death. He is being held on charges of suspicion of first-degree intentional homicide.
