UPPER MICHIGAN - Strong winds caused thousands of power outages in the U.P. on Monday.  In Northern Wisconsin and the Western U.P Xcel Energy got power restored to most by yesterday afternoon.  This morning Xcel reporting an outages on southern part of Lake Gogebic.  Xcel expects power to be restored by 10am
