WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING for Bayfield County, Northwest Wisconsin and the North Shore of Minnesota.  Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.  Falling temperatures today with rain showers moving in today changing to snow tomorrow.
