IRONWOOD - Drivers may notice a lower price at the gas pump this week, as the state average is down 15 cents from last week.  According to AAA of Michigan, drivers are now paying an average of $3.12 per gallon for regular unleaded gas. That price is 34 cents less than this time last month and 22 cents less than this time last year.  The state average is now 1 cent lower than the national average, at $3.13 per gallon.  Around Upper Michigan, the lowest average is in Ironwood at $2.89 per gallon, the highest is in Mackinac County at $3.48 per gallon.
