BESSEMER - Bessemer’s Winter Parking Ban goes in effect on Saturday.  From Saturday until April 15th No parking will be allowed on Bessemer city streets or roads from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.  Violators may be ticketed and towed at their own expense
