MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A sheriff's official says a suspected drunken driver heading the wrong way on I-94 in Southern Wisconsin passed within feet of Vice President Kamala Harris' motorcade following her campaign stop earlier this week in Milwaukee.  A 55-year-old Milwaukee man has been arrested on drunk driving charges.
