IRONWOOD - The November 4, 2025, Ironwood City Election is less than two weeks away!  Commissioners elected in the November 4, City Election will each serve a one-time three-year term, ending in November 2028. An adjustment that aligns with the City of Ironwood’s transition from odd-year to even-year election cycles, holding future City elections concurrently with State and Federal elections. This change saves approximately $10,000 every two years by eliminating off-cycle City election costs.  This year there are 9 candidates running for 5 council seats.  They include current Mayor Kim Corcoran, Timothy Dean, Steve Frank, Lauren Korpi, Ryon List, Jim Mildren, Ashley Oliver-Igl, Ken Raush, and Garron Stenstrom. The last day to request an absentee ballot is the 31st.  Election information and a sample ballot are available michigan.gov/vote
