N. WISCONSIN – The Wisconsin DNR urging ATV/UTV safety as Wisconsin deaths from accidents continue to rise.  Wisconsin has recorded 38 ATV/UTV accidents this year, with more than 70% of those cases involving riders who didn’t use a seatbelt or wear a helmet, according to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.  Wisconsin DNR requires anyone under 18 to wear a helmet while on an ATV or UTV. For anyone traveling to hunt or fish, helmets are required for those under 12.
