BARAGA COUNTY - National Forest Service fire crews and aircraft continue to monitor and battle a 100-acre wildfire burning in rural eastern Baraga County.  According to the Forest Service, the Summit Lake Fire was discovered by aircraft on Friday evening. It is located in the remote, northwest corner of the McCormick Wilderness near Summit Lake.  No trails or roads are closed and no structures are being threatened at this time.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
