LA CROSSE - With around three weeks until election day, Vice President Kamala Harris returned Wisconsin for another campaign stop yesterday this time in La Crosse.  Harris was on the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse campus.  According to the Harris/Walz campaign, more than 3,000 people attended VP Harris' rally.  Earlier this week Harris was in Green Bay where she promised to protect Native American rights.
