MINOCQUA - Brewery owner Kirk Bangstad is once again at odds with the Island City after Minocqua officials required him to add directional arrows to his parking lot after they appeared on the original plans but weren’t painted on the driveway. Bangstad's latest comes as the brewery faces a separate permit issue involving Wisconsin officials and its Minocqua and Madison locations.
