IRONWOOD - The Gogebic Community College Board approved the school’s 2025-26 budget – just over $12,7 Million in revenue, with just under $12,9 Million in expenses. Fall enrollment increased 4.8% to 927 students, exceeding 900 for the first time since 2020, with credit hours up 7.5% to 9,249. Online students constituted 44.6%, and the Michigan Community College Guarantee boosted freshman numbers. President Patritto updated on state aid negotiations and a capital funding request.  The board also approved a flat Winter Intercession tuition rate of $204 per credit, due at registration.

Overall, 49.1% of GCC’s total student population is enrolled in occupational programs, 50.1% in transfer programs and the other 0.8% includes non-degree seeking students.
