N. WISCONSIN - Families looking to send their children to a public school outside their home district can begin the application process on Monday.  In Wisconsin, families can apply to ‘open enroll’. Any Wisconsin resident in 4K to grade 12th grade is eligible. Parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from school in the non-resident school district, with some exceptions.  Open enrollment must be completed by April 30.
