ARBOR VITAE - Authorities at the Department of Transportation have released the name of a man killed Tuesday in a traffic crash.  Investigators said 34-year-old Edward Cervenansky, was driving on Highway 51 near Arbor Vitae when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a dump truck head-on.  The driver of the dump truck was not injured.  Cervenansky died at the scene.
