N. SHORE, MN - The John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon was officially postponed yesterday due to the lack of snow and icy terrain.    The race along the North Shore of Minnesota has been moved from Jan. 26 to March 2 to increase the chance of sufficient snowfall.  Mushers say they’ll need about a foot for the race to proceed safely.
