IRONWOOD - A slightly lower price to start the week.  The state average is down 10 cents from a week ago.  AAA of Michigan reports that drivers are paying an average of $2.86 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, 24 cents less than this time last year, bringing Michigan back to level with the national average.  In Upper Michigan, the lowest average is in Baraga County at $2.68 per gallon. The highest continues to be in Mackinac County at $3.09.  Ironwood prices at $2.83 per gallon as of this morning.
