VILAS COUNTY - Vilas County Forestry, Recreation, and Land Department has introduced a new campground website and reservation system. The website, at vilascountyrec.com, will serve as the "gateway for camping information on the Vilas County Forest.”  The new online platform will connect users to the CampSpot reservation system for Torch Lake Campground & RV Park, River Road Equestrian Campground, and Tamarack Springs Campground. The CampSpot reservation link becomes active next Monday, Feb. 2, at 8 a.m.
