Arnold has a history of being hostile with law enforcement and has made threats against various government agencies. He has been convicted of felonies and has served time in prison. He’s charged with two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of endangering safety by reckless use of firearm, possession of a firearm by an out of state felon, and failure to comply with officers. His $25,000 bond has been revoked and there is a nationwide warrant for his arrest.
