WAKEFIELD - City Clerk Susan Ahonen has announced the City of Wakefield will be accepting letters of interest to fill a term on the Wakefield Library Board.

 The term starts February 1st and ends January 31, 2030. The position on the board is voluntary and the board meets at least bi-monthly. Letters of application should be sent to the City Clerk’s Office at 509 Sunday Lake Street in Wakefield. The deadline for those letters of application is 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 22nd.
