RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON CDT/ THIS AFTERNOON TO 8 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY for Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties in Michigan, and Iron, Ashland, Bayfield and Vilas County in our listening area in Northern Wisconsin.  A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
