...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...for Iron, Ashland and Bayfield Counties in our listening area.  A stationary front will bring heavy rainfall which may lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding this afternoon through Tuesday night. Heavy rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected with localized amounts up to 4 inches possible.  Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.  Thunderstorm chances will continue through Wednesday night.
