BESSEMER – Tomorrow is the kickoff for the 44th annual Pumpkin Festival in Bessemer.  Geocaching begins tomorrow at noon.  Maps are available at the Bessemer Dairy Queen and the Pumpkinfest Facebook page.  Free Carnival rides open Friday at 5:00, and Saturday is Family Fun Day with free carnival rides, food and vendor booths, games and contests.  Live music and tons of family fun activities.  Pumpkinfest starts tomorrow and runs through Saturday.
