WASHBURN - Washburn City Administrator Scott Kluver has left his position. Kluver hired on in 2007, wanting to work for a small town on the lake. Kluver’s tenure has seen a number of projects over the years, his first being restoring the marina. Overall, he said his experience with the city has been a positive one and that he will miss the team working for the city most. Kluver leaves Washburn to serve as the city administrator for Park Falls. The City of Washburn has tapped Scott Rasmussen, retired city administrator of Durand, to help with putting together the budget for 2025.
