IRONWOOD - The Downtown Ironwood Mural Festival has come to an end for this year.  Five new mural installations were put up downtown.  Local Ironwood businesses supported the installation of the murals and artists this year.  Forslund’s Building Supply and Mukavitz Heating and Cooling provided the artists with lifts and scaffolding free of charge.  Travel Ironwood provided additional funding so the city could do 5 murals instead of just 4. The Ironwood Chamber of Commerce donated funds to help cover housing of the artists and Superior Getaways provided discounted accommodations for the mural artists.
