UPPER MICHIGAN – Michigan state environmental regulators are reviewing permits for the Line 5 tunnel project after a Michigan Supreme Court decision raised the bar for environmental reviews. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has urged Enbridge to shut down the pipeline, calling it a "ticking time bomb."
