PHILLIPS - A 10-year-old from Phillips in Price County is participating in a national mullet competition.  10-year-old Colton Goll has been growing out his hair for 3 years. The Phillips 10-year-old has made it to the second round of this year’s national Mullet Champ competition.  Voting for round 2 ends today top prize is $10,000.
