VILAS COUNTY - A Michigan man has been arrested in the April death of a St. Germain man in Florence County.  Mark Allan Johnson ll, of Kingsford, Mich., was taken into custody last week in Dickinson County, Mich. on 1st Degree Reckless Homicide/Delivery of Drugs, Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine, and Manufacture/Delivery of Narcotics charges.  Mark Allan Johnson is currently being held at the Florence County Jail on a $100,000 bond.  42-year-old John Edwards, of St. Germain was found April 10th slumped over in his vehicle at the Vagabond Park in Florence County.  Deputies administered Narcan along with other lifesaving measures; but the man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
