MARINETTE - A vigil last night in Marinette honored the life of Jakob Bowerman, a 13-year-old boy with autism who died last week in a drowning. Jakob’s mom says her son was pushed into the Menominee River. A 16-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man are currently being held in custody in connection with the boy’s death, with pending charges referred to the district attorney’s office.
