MADISON, Wis. - Gov. Tony Evers is ordering the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff today, in honor of U.S. Army Air Force Sergeant Jack Hohlfeld.  Hohlfeld lost his life in World War II. His remains were recently identified and returned to Western Wisconsin for burial.
