ASHLAND - An Ashland-area player hit a $1.5 million jackpot on a $3.75 bet at Bad River Casino in Odanah on the 4th of July, marking what casino officials believe is the largest win in the casino's history. The Ashland Daily Press reports the anonymous winner won the prize on an Ultimate Fire Link wide-area progressive slot machine. The previous largest jackpot at the casino was about $98,000.
