N. WISCONSIN / MINNESOTA - A man convicted in a multistate drug trafficking operation has been sentenced to more than 16 years in federal prison following an investigation by the Carlton County Minnesota Sheriff’s Office and Cloquet Police.  A judge sentenced 47-year-old Juan Carlos Felix, to 16 years and eight months in federal prison. Felix pleaded guilty for his role in an operation that moved methamphetamine and fentanyl to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other midwestern states.
