WISCONSIN - A former Wisconsin judge who was convicted of felony obstruction for helping an immigrant evade federal officers is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court. The case against Hannah Dugan highlighted President Donald Trump’s sweeping immigration crackdown. She faces up to five years in prison at the sentencing Today. Dugan resigned from her position as a Milwaukee County circuit judge two weeks after her conviction in December amid threats of impeachment from Republican state lawmakers.
