ONEIDA COUNTY — Law enforcement in Oneida County releasing more details regarding an officer-involved shooting death last month.   At 10 a.m. June 17, Deputy Alyssa Knabenbauer and Deputy Justin Orth went to a home on Lumen Lake Drive near Lake Tomahawk to arrest 76-year-old John Krga, for First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Repeated Acts of Sexual Assault to the same child.  During the arrest, Krga produced and discharged a firearm and Deputy Orth responded by returning fire, striking Krga. Deputy Knabenbauer did not discharge her firearm. Krga was pronounced dead at the scene.  The Wisconsin Department of Justice continues reviewing the incident.
