IRONWOOD - The state average is down 11 cents from a week ago. AAA says drivers are now paying an average of $3.15 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas. That is the exact same price as the national average and 43 cents lower than this time last year.  Around Upper Michigan, the lowest gas price average is in Houghton County at $2.96 per gallon. The highest is in Mackinac County at $3.41.  Ironwood prices slightly below the state and national average at $3.11 per gallon this morning.
