N. WISCONSIN - Wisconsin residents will be able to add one emergency contact to their Driver's License or State ID Record. This contact info is available to law enforcement agencies if you are in a collision or are experiencing a medical emergency. It may also save crucial time if it becomes necessary to contact your family members or other loved ones.  This is 100% voluntary, and the info will not appear on your physical card.  We have a link on the WUPM Facebook page to add the emergency information on their state ID.
