VILAS COUNTY - A Vilas County woman is facing felony charges and a possible prison sentence of 20 years or more after a May 5 crash in Oneida County that killed one person and seriously injured another. Authorities say 66-year-old Linda Boebel crossed the center line and hit another SUV head-on. Prosecutors allege she was impaired, though her attorney says her blood alcohol level was below the legal limit and additional test results are pending.
