ERWIN TOWNSHIP – The Erwin Township Historical Society says Ruotsala Construction began pouring concrete yesterday for steps to the new pickleball court at the Erwin Heritage Park connecting the new steps to the 100-year-old sidewalk that leads to the Erwin Central/K.P. Silberg school.
