ASHLAND, Wis. - Ashland is hosting their annual City Spring Clean Up. Tomorrow starting at 8 a.m. Republic Services will be providing dumpsters at three locations around town: the Civic Center Parking Lot, the Public Works Facility and 11th Avenue West. City residents must provide a water bill or other proof of city residency to participate.
