WISCONSIN - Liberal activist and brewery owner Kirk Bangstad run for Governor is likely over after Bangstad failed to submit enough valid signatures to qualify for Wisconsin’s gubernatorial ballot, falling short of the 2,000-signature requirement with 1,504 valid signatures.
